Return Policy

Returning Non-Custom Products

We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you need to return a non-custom product, you must first obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from QuikDrawers.

Products returned without prior approval will NOT be accepted, processed, credited/refunded, or returned.
A valid RMA and the original packing slip MUST accompany all returned items.
Shipping and receiving personnel are not authorized to approve returns.

All replacement or refund determinations for eligible returns are made at our sole discretion, regardless of the reason for the return.

QuikDrawers and our vendors will process all approved returns promptly and fairly.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items (Exclusions)

The following products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Finishing products (stains, paints, clear finishes—standard or custom)

  • Custom-built items such as drawer boxes, rollouts, cabinet doors, or any product built or finished to customer specifications

  • Non-custom items purchased more than 60 days ago

  • Products currently classified as obsolete, close-out, or discontinued, regardless of their status at the time of purchase

  • Products that are damaged, altered, soiled, or otherwise unsellable

  • Any product returned without prior authorization (no RMA)

There are no exceptions to these exclusions.


Returns for Customer Convenience

Restocking Fee

Stocked items returned for convenience are subject to a restocking fee of:

The greater of $5.00 or 15% of the product value

Additional Fees May Apply

Please review each condition below to avoid extra charges or delays:

  • Missing invoice/packing slip: $5.00 fee

  • Product requires cleaning: $10.00 fee

  • Repackaging, sorting, or labeling required: $10.00 fee

Return Freight

  • All return shipping/freight must be prepaid by the customer.

  • QuikDrawers does NOT issue credits, refunds, adjustments, or reimbursements for shipping costs on returned products.

Incorrect or Defective Hardware

If hardware is incorrect or defective, replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.
If the customer declines our chosen resolution, additional shipping or restocking fees may apply.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 2 weeks for QuikDrawers to process the return and issue a credit/refund.
We make every effort to process returns as quickly as possible.


Special-Order or Direct-Shipped Products

(RMA Required)

Special-order or direct-shipped items may be returned only if the manufacturer approves the return.
All restocking fees and conditions applicable to stocked products apply.


Returning Defective Drawers and Doors

If we make an error in manufacturing your doors or drawers, we will correct the issue. We do not expect you to keep incorrectly made products.

However:

  • Items built according to customer-specified sizes/options are custom products

  • Custom products cannot be returned

  • We reserve the right to replace any product at our discretion

Customers should verify all measurements before purchase and again upon receiving their order confirmation.


Important Notes on Custom Products

  • All custom items are built using measurements provided by the customer

  • Once an order enters production, dimensions cannot be changed

  • No refund or credit will be issued for any product that was built to incorrect customer-submitted measurements

Tolerances

  • Drawer boxes, pullout trays, and other box-type products: 3/16" tolerance for square, twist, or warp

  • Door tolerances vary and are listed on each product page
