Need A Mid-Rail? | ||
Adding A Mid-Rail Is Meant To Offer Additional Support To An Oversized Door, Drawer Front Or Panel, Which Will Help To Mitigate Door Warpage Due To The Overall Dimensions Of The Door, Drawer Front Or Panel. (See "Manufacturer's Product Warranty Information" Below For Acceptable Warpage Tolerances) |
||
Horizontal Mid-Rails | ||
Single Horizontal Mid-Rail
|
We Recommend Adding A SINGLE HORIZONTAL MID-RAIL When The Door/Panel Is Between 48" & 60" Tall And A DOUBLE HORIZONTAL MID-RAIL When The Door/Panel Is Between 60" & 96" Tall Doors Shorter Than 48" Do Not Typically Require A Mid-Rail. You Are Welcome To Add One If That Is The Look You Are Trying To Achieve. |
Double Horizontal Mid-Rail
|
Vertical Mid-Rails | ||
Doors | ||
Single Vertical Mid-Rail |
We Recommend Adding A SINGLE VERTICAL MID-RAIL When The Door Is Between 24" & 36" Wide We Recommend Adding A DOUBLE VERTICAL MID-RAIL When The Door Is Greater Than 36" Wide Doors Narrower Than 24" Do Not Typically Require A Mid-Rail. You Are Welcome To Add One If That Is The Look You Are Trying To Achieve. |
Double Vertical Mid-Rail |
Drawer Fronts | ||
Typically, Drawer Fronts Will Not Require A Mid-Rail. However, On Larger/Oversized Drawer Fronts, It Is Good Practice To Use A Mid-Rail When The Drawer Box Is Less Than Or Equal To 1/2 The Height Of The Drawer Front. You Are Welcome To Add One If That Is The Look You Are Trying To Achieve. |
