Your Pot & Pan Shelf Kit includes 3 solid wood pullout/rollout shelves and all hardware for converting a cabinet opening to the perfect pot & pan storage system.

  • QuikTRAY Rollout System support posts (pilasters) for installation in standard cabinets.  Download installation instructions at bottom of page.
  • 1 assembled custom sized 5/8" thick solid birch 6" tall rollout shelf with scoop cut front pull and a clear UV cured finish (see specifications below) 
  • 1 assembled custom sized 5/8" thick solid birch 3 1/2" tall  rollout shelf with scoop cut front pull and a clear UV cured finish.  3" height shelf is available if needed due to height requirement (see specifications below)  
  • 1 assembled custom sized 5/8" thick solid birch standard 9 1/2" tall rollout shelf with scoop cut front pull and a clear UV cured finish (see specifications below)
  • Kit color selection is for the vertical supports only (pullouts are natural wood with clear finish)
  • For cabinet openings greater than 25" width the bottom thickness will be upgraded to 1/2" 
  • 3 Pair of full extension, ball-bearing slides with 100# capacity
  • Pullout shelf door bumpers, to protect your cabinet doors
  • Screws for mounting slides, supports and bumpers
  • Recommended minimum opening height of 21"
  • CURRENT LEAD TIME APPROXIMATELY 3 WEEKS

DUE TO HIGH DEMAND AND LOW SUPPLY OF WHITE BIRCH MATERIAL, RUBBERWOOD MAY BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE ON YOU ORDER...

(The two species are very similar in their appearance and quality)

  • 5/8" dovetail finger jointed solid birch sides
  • Pullout includes "galley" cut scoop handle
  • Pullout shelves ship assembled
  • Pullout shelves ship with clear UV cured finish
  • The Pot & Pan kit is comprised of one 6" and one 9 1/2" outside height, deep style shelves and one 3 1/2" tall shelf.  3" height is available instead of 3-1/2" if needed to meet height requirements.  Widths and depths are based on submitted worksheet dimensions.
  • 1/4" plywood bottom for cabinet openings less than 26"
  • 1/2" plywood bottom for cabinet door openings 26" or greater

Solid wood tray is our 5/8" thick white birch tray, substitutions are not available. All orders require completion of the QuikTRAY Worksheet to determine final assembled size of pullout/rollout shelves.
