This is the charge for custom stain matching.

Process:

  • The customer will provide a physical sample of the color to be matched.
  • The custom color matching process will typically take approximately 2–3 weeks.
  • Once the color match has been completed, a sample will be sent to the customer for review and approval.
  • After the customer approves the color sample, the project pieces can be ordered using the approved custom color.

Important Note:

The custom color matching service is charged separately. This fee is non-refundable and will not be applied as a credit toward any current or future order.

Every effort is made to achieve the closest possible match to the sample provided. However, due to natural variations in wood, grain, absorption, sheen, lighting, and other factors, an exact match cannot be guaranteed.

Customer dissatisfaction with the completed color match does not qualify for a refund or credit of the custom color matching fee.
